3. Data Collection When Visiting Our Website
When using our website for informational purposes only, i.e. if the user does not register or otherwise provide us with information, we collect only the data that the browser transmits to our server (so-called “server log files”). When you access our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display the website to you:

4. Newsletter / Withdrawal of Consent for the Newsletter
The Rocka Nutrition website gives users the opportunity to subscribe to our company's newsletter. The personal data transmitted to the controller when ordering the newsletter is determined by the input form used for this purpose.
Rocka Sports GmbH regularly informs its customers about the company's offers by means of a newsletter. The newsletter of our company can generally only be received by the data subject if
a) the person concerned has a valid email address and
b) the person concerned registers for the newsletter service.
For legal reasons, a confirmation email is sent to the email address first entered by a person concerned for the purpose of sending the newsletter using the double opt-in procedure. This confirmation email serves to verify whether the holder of the email address, as the person concerned, has authorised receipt of the newsletter.
When registering for the newsletter, we also store the IP address assigned by the Internet service provider (ISP) of the computer system used by the person concerned at the time of registration, as well as the date and time of registration. The collection of this data is necessary to be able to trace any possible misuse of the email address of a person concerned at a later date and therefore serves to provide legal protection for the controller.
The personal data collected as part of registration for the newsletter are used exclusively to send our newsletter. Furthermore, newsletter subscribers may be informed by email if this is necessary for the operation of the newsletter service or related registration, as may be the case if changes are made to the newsletter offering or the technical conditions change. The personal data collected as part of the newsletter service will not be disclosed to third parties. The person concerned may cancel their subscription to our newsletter at any time. Consent to the storage of personal data that the person concerned has given us for the purpose of sending the newsletter may be withdrawn at any time. Each newsletter contains a corresponding link for the purpose of withdrawing consent. Furthermore, it is possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time directly on the website of the controller or to notify the controller of this in another manner.
You may withdraw your consent to receive the newsletter at any time with effect for the future by declaring the withdrawal to the provider using the following contact details:
Email: info@rockanutrition.de
Telephone: 030 - 400 33 99 0
Rocka Sports GmbH
Zimmerstraße 19
D – 10969 Berlin
You will incur no costs whatsoever for withdrawing your consent to receive the newsletter, except for the transmission costs according to the applicable basic rate charged by your telephone/internet provider.
5. Data processing when opening a customer account and for contract processing
Pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DGSVO, personal data is also collected and processed if you provide it to us for the performance of a contract or when opening a customer account. The data collected is apparent from the respective input forms. You may delete your customer account at any time by sending a message to info@rockanutrition.de. We store and use the data you provide for contract processing. After the contract has been fully performed or your customer account has been deleted, your data will be blocked with regard to statutory retention periods under tax and commercial law and deleted once these periods have expired, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we have reserved the right to further use of the data as permitted by law, about which we will inform you accordingly below.
To process your order, we work with service providers who support us in whole or in part in carrying out concluded contracts. Certain personal data is transmitted to these service providers in accordance with the following information. The personal data collected by us is disclosed, as part of contract processing, to the transport company commissioned with delivery, insofar as this is necessary for delivery of the goods. We disclose your payment data to the commissioned credit institution as part of payment processing, insofar as this is necessary for payment processing. The legal basis for the disclosure of the data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

10. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. We anonymize the IP address (anonymi-zeIp(), so-called IP masking); therefore, your IP address is truncated by Google within the Member States of the European Union or in other States Parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the provider, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide the provider with other services related to website and Internet use. 11. Use of Google AdWords
This website uses the online advertising program "Google AdWords" and, as part of Google AdWords, Google's conversion tracking provided by Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). We use Google's Google AdWords service to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites with the help of advertising materials (so-called Google AdWords). In relation to the data from the advertising campaigns, we can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are. Our aim is to display advertising that is of interest to you, make our website more interesting for you, and achieve fair calculation of advertising costs.
The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an advertisement served by Google. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer system. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the advertisement and was redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies therefore cannot be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to compile conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their advertisement and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can object to this use by easily deactivating the Google conversion tracking cookie via your Internet browser under user settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.
You can find further information about Google's privacy policy at the following internet address: https://policies.google.com/privacy?gl=de.
12. Cookies
Cookies are small pieces of information that the website stores on your computer's hard drive, tablet, or smartphone. Please note that HTML5 introduced the Web Storage feature, which is comparable to cookies and which we therefore consider a cookie below.
Cookies contain information that the website uses to improve the efficiency of communication between you and your web browser. Cookies identify your computer or device, not you as a specific user.
We use session cookies, persistent cookies, session cookies for HTML5 sessionStorage and HTML5 localStorage, as well as HTML5 sessionStorage objects, which are temporary and are deleted after you close your internet browser. Persistent cookies are stored for a longer period and remain on your computer until they are deleted. Persistent cookies expire or delete themselves after a certain period, which is defined depending on the cookie, but are renewed each time you visit the website. HTML5 localStorage objects are permanent and remain on your computer until they are deleted.
You can prevent a cookie from being set by configuring your internet browser to delete all cookies when the browser window is closed. You can also delete the cookies stored on your computer at any time. Further information about cookies, including whether cookies are dangerous, can be found at the following link on the website of the Federal Office for Information Security.
Cookies are used for the following purposes:
Generating statistics: to measure website traffic, such as the number of website visitors, the domain from which visitors arrive, which pages they visit on the website, and the geographic areas in which visitors are located.
Monitoring website performance and your use of our website: to monitor website performance, our applications and infrastructure, and how you use our website.
Registration procedures and improving the functionality of our website: to optimize the user experience on the website, including a function that remembers your username and password when you revisit the website, as well as a function that remembers your browser and preferred settings (e.g. your preferred language).
We also use cookies to display relevant advertisements on the website, including interest-based advertisements that we believe may be of interest to you. We use third parties to provide these advertisements when you visit the website and other websites. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons and other tracking technologies to collect information about your use of our website and other websites.
Google AdWords Remarketing/Conversion Tracking
Our website uses the Google AdWords service. Google AdWords is an online advertising program provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). We use, on the one hand, the remarketing function within the Google AdWords service. The remarketing function enables us to present users of our website with interest-based advertisements on other websites within the Google Display Network (on Google itself, so-called "Google Ads", or on other websites). For this purpose, users' interactions on our website are analyzed, e.g. which offers the user was interested in, in order to display targeted advertising to users on other pages even after they have visited our website. For this purpose, Google stores a cookie in the browsers of users who visit certain Google services or websites in the Google Display Network. This cookie records these users' visits. The cookie serves to uniquely identify a web browser on a particular computer and not to identify an individual; no personal data is stored.
Furthermore, as part of our use of the Google AdWords service, we use so-called conversion tracking. When you click on an advertisement placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is stored on your computer/device. This cookie expires after 30 days, does not contain any personal data and therefore does not serve to identify you personally. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking.
Opt-in: You can consent to Google's use of cookies for interest-based advertising here at the bottom of the page. Further information on Google AdWords Remarketing and Conversion Tracking, as well as Google's privacy policy, can be found at: http://www.google.com/privacy/ads/.
Facebook Website Custom Audience
Our website uses the "Website Custom Audience" retargeting technology of the social network Facebook, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"), which enables us to display relevant advertising and offers to our website visitors who have already shown an interest in our shop and our products and who are Facebook members, including on Facebook via the Facebook Ad network.
For this purpose, so-called Facebook retargeting pixels are integrated into our websites, enabling Facebook to record you as a visitor to our websites under a pseudonym and to use the data as the basis for our Facebook Ads on Facebook. No personal data is collected from or stored about you in this process, and you are therefore not identifiable to us. Facebook does not link the data collected via the retargeting pixel with the user data stored on Facebook relating to you. We would like to point out that the tracking procedure described above enables Facebook to identify a user across numerous websites.
Opt-in: You can consent to the use of Facebook Website Custom Audiences for the future at the bottom of this page. Further information on data protection at Facebook and the settings options available to you in this regard can be found at https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads and https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.
13. Use of ABlyft
ABlyft collects information about user behaviour to improve the user-friendliness of the website. No personally identifiable data is stored on the platform. Data is stored only in aggregated form. No user data (IDs, etc.) is stored and no data is transferred to third countries.

14. Klar! Insights - Attribution
We use the services of Klar Insights GmbH, Marktstr. 18, 80802 Munich, Germany, a SaaS provider for business intelligence solutions for eCommerce companies. Klar Insights GmbH collects, processes and stores data (user and session IDs, email address, IP address, online identifiers (cookie ID, device ID)) on this website and its subpages for reach measurement and statistical analysis on our behalf. For this purpose, we have concluded a data processing agreement with Klar Insights GmbH. Personal data is collected on the legal basis of consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR. If consent is given by the user, the data to be processed is collected with reference to the user, taking into account § 25 para. 1 sentence 1 TDDDG. The following cookies are used for the aforementioned different types of data collection to ensure the respective type of data collection. september_id september_has_consent september_do_not_track (in the event of objection) **Cookie - Objection** To object to the use of Klar! 15. Legal basis for processing
Article 6(1)(a) GDPR serves as the legal basis for our company’s processing operations for which we obtain consent for a specific processing purpose. If the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, as is the case, for example, with processing operations necessary for the delivery of goods or the provision of another service or performance, the processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The same applies to processing operations that are necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, such as in cases involving inquiries about our products or services. If our company is subject to a legal obligation requiring the processing of personal data, such as for the fulfillment of tax obligations, the processing is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. In rare cases, the processing of personal data may become necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person. In that case, the processing would be based on Article 6(1)(d) GDPR. Ultimately, processing operations could be based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. This legal basis applies to processing operations not covered by any of the aforementioned legal bases, where the processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or a third party, provided that the interests, fundamental rights, and freedoms of the data subject do not override that interest. Such processing operations are permitted in particular because they were specifically mentioned by the European legislator. In this regard, the legislator took the view that a legitimate interest could be assumed where the data subject is a customer of the controller (Recital 47, sentence 2, GDPR).
16. Legal obligation to disclose personal data to third parties
We hereby inform you that, in certain cases, we are legally obliged to disclose your personal data to third parties (e.g., in the context of criminal prosecution measures).
17. Your rights

You also have the right to receive the data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or, insofar as technically feasible, to request that the data be transmitted to a third party.
