May contain traces of crustaceans, egg, milk, fish, soy, sulfur dioxide/sulfites and lupins.

Shake 16 g of powder daily (equivalent to 1.5x Rocka measuring scoop M or 1x slightly heaped tablespoon) in 500 ml of water. The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.
